Founded in 2024, Highrise Valet began with a firsthand frustration — when founder John Panjshiri moved into his first high-rise apartment, he quickly realized how inconvenient waste disposal could be, even in premium residential buildings. Hauling bags down long hallways, navigating service elevators, and dealing with overflowing bins didn’t match the living standard residents were paying for.

John set out to fix that. He built Highrise Valet around three principles no other valet trash company had combined: transparent proof of service through Meta smart glasses recordings, a fully eco-friendly vehicle fleet, and pickup schedules custom-built for each property.

Today, Highrise Valet serves luxury residential communities across Northern Virginia, with a dedicated team committed to making waste management invisible, verifiable, and sustainable.
